Program:

  • Day1: Complete rest for acclimatization. In evening explore the town.
     
  • Day2: 
     Drive to Nubra Valley crossing over the world's highest motorable road - Khardongla Pass 18360 ft. Visit Samstaling monastery at Sumur village. Over night at Camp/Hut.
     
  • Day3: After visiting Diskit, Hundar drive back to Leh. Over night at hotel. (01 hour hiking from Hundar to Diskit through sand dunes) .
     
  • Day4: Rafting at ZANSKAR river. Experience thrill & adventure for around 3hrs. Chilling to Nimu. Night at hotel.
     
  • Day5: After break fast around 7 AM drive to Yangthang. Start trek along with guide towards Hemis-Shukpachan. Nice village and landscape. 3 to 4 hours trek. Camp at Hemis-Shukpachan. En-route visit to Basgo & Likir monastery. 
     
  • Day6: After breakfast start your trek to Temisgam. The most prosperous village on this side. The lower kingdom was controlled from BASGO & TEMISGAM in 14th -15th century as result of division. Around 4-5 hrs trek. Night at hotel.
     
  • Day7: Visit Pangong lake; around 145kms from Leh. You cross over Changla pass 5320m high. Around 8hrs drive both ways. Night at hotel. 
     
  • Day8: Transfer Airport. Dept.
